Order Processing Time
All orders placed with Nellava Bullion require a processing period of up to four (4) weeks from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
This processing period includes verification, refining allocation, quality inspection, certification, and secure packaging prior to shipment. Processing time may vary depending on product type, availability, and market conditions.
Orders and Payments
By placing an order on our website, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Nellava Bullion does not store your full payment details. An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or payment issues.
Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of precious metals and price volatility, all sales are final unless otherwise specified.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds may only be accepted in cases where the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect. Any claims must be submitted within 2 work days of receiving the product, along with supporting evidence.
Refund eligibility is subject to inspection and approval by Nellava Bullion.
Cancellation Policy
Orders placed with Nellava Bullion may be eligible for cancellation under specific conditions.
For Pre-Order (PO) purchases with a processing period of up to 4 weeks, customers may request a cancellation before the order is completed or shipped. If a cancellation request is approved, the refund process will be initiated and completed within seven (7) business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed by Nellava Bullion.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official communication channels and are subject to review. Once the order has entered the final production, preparation, or shipping stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Any transaction fees, administrative costs, or price differences caused by market fluctuations may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.
Nellava Bullion reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet the conditions stated above.

Precious metal prices fluctuate based on market conditions. Nellava Bullion is not responsible for any loss in value after a purchase is completed. Customers acknowledge and accept the risks associated with precious metal investments.
